It is often said “you are what you eat” – and it’s true! The healing properties of food have been known for hundreds of years. Food contains essential nutrients needed to maintain a healthy body. The flip side is that consistently making poor food choices can have an equally powerful effect. After working as an Occupational Therapist in the NHS I decided to retrain as a Nutritional Therapist at The College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.
